01Algorithmic Sourcing
We continuously scan multiple channels including MLS, wholesale lists, and off-market leads. Our pre-screening models immediately filter out properties that don't match baseline investment criteria.
02Automated Underwriting
Properties passing the initial screen are modeled for BRRRR and fix-and-flip scenarios. We calculate ARV, repair costs based on zip-code averages, DSCR, cash-on-cash return, and potential cap rates.
03AI & Human Verification
Our proprietary AI evaluates property conditions from images to refine rehab estimates. Finally, our local market experts review the data, adjust the models, and assign the deal a classification tier.
04Execution & Network
Once a deal is marked Diamond, you get access to our pre-vetted network of flat-fee agents, reliable contractors, and investment-friendly lenders to close quickly and maximize margins.
